#2 Two PTs Walk into a Garage
Week 2 with our garage workout!
This one got my hips a bit sore the next day but felt so good to get moving like this again.
Hope you like this one and the fancy equipment isn’t needed and can be replaced by anything you have around the house.
Workout #2:
Tools:
Kettlebell
Chair
PVC Pipe
ViPR
Step
Sets & Reps:
45 seconds for each exercise
3 repetitions of each round
About 30 minutes to complete 2 rounds
Round 1:
1. Hover taps
2. Kettlebell swings
3. Step back lunge with rotation
4. Back squats to chair or bottom up overhead squat
Round 2:
1. Front to side plank shift
2. Side step over & shuffle
3. Standing hip rotations
4. Squat to overhead press arc
Each round, we aim to target the whole body with an emphasis on core strength at hips, shoulders, and abs during a functional movement pattern.
