Looking to get active again with or after baby?

This class is meant to be as a weekly workout for moms who are pregnant or postpartum and wanting help to get active.

The structure of the class is below:

  • 5 minutes of core connection and breathing

  • 30 minutes of a circuit-type workout

  • 5 minutes of trunk and pelvic mobility

  • 10 minutes of Q&A with other moms and instructor

Workouts designed and led by Dr. Lisa Piropato - all catered to pregnancy and postpartum needs.

Kids are welcome to come along or you can wear baby during the workouts. Come wearing comfortable clothes to move in.
