#1 Two PTs Walk into a Garage

This year has forced me to stop activity completely due to health reasons surrounding my ectopic pregnancy and associated blood loss. After months of recovery, I had to have another pelvic surgery which kept me out of my normal activity level even longer.

My mother and I decided to start doing workouts together so she can work on strength and I could get my cardiovascular system back on track.

We have decided our workouts will target the whole body with an emphasis on core strength in all directions. The core includes the shoulders, central core (abs, back, pelvic floor, diaphragm), and hips. The other aspect targeted is bone strength by adding in impact to help me keep building bone strength and to protect aging bone for my mother.

My mother plays golf and tennis regularly so workouts incorporate movements that are needed for these sports.

Each week, we will record our workouts so you can take parts of them you like and start incorporating them into your own workouts - no matter what age you are!
