#10 Two PTs Walk into a Garage
Week 10 was done with the garage door closed due to the blistering wind outside. Typically, we use Sunday morning for our workouts but the weekend was full of family time for a birthday and then ice skating so Monday evening was the only time we could do our workout.
Evenings are not my favorite time to exercise so we got our heart rate up and moved our bodies even if we didn’t really feel like it. I always feel better afterwards, especially after a day of working on the computer for most of the day. This is mostly full body movements with a focused core exercise in each round.
Reminder – the fancy equipment isn’t needed and can be replaced by anything you have around the house.

Sets & Reps:
45 seconds for each exercise
3 repetitions of each round
About 30 minutes to complete 2 rounds
Round 1:
1. BOSU side lunges
2. TRX shoulder openers
3. Dead bugs
4. Kettlebell swings
Round 2:
1. TRX Rows
2. Goblet squats
3. Bird dogs
4. BOSU Bulgarian squats
All workouts are focused on bone health by moving in all directions with varying loads, recovery between sets while focusing on core, hips, and shoulder stability in every direction.
