#9 Two PTs Walk into a Garage
Week 9 was cold! It took a bit to warm up since it was in the 30s outside and the garage door was left open since I hate feeling closed in.
Once we started moving, both warmed up pretty quick. Now that it is getting closer to winter, we thought of some winter sports and did moves from a few - ski jumpers and speed skating. This workout will hit your gluts and shoulders like nothing else!
Reminder – the fancy equipment isn’t needed and can be replaced by anything you have around the house.
