#4 Two PTs (plus guest) Walk into a Garage

Week 4 has a guest (my husband) so you will see the kids riding around because they want to be around the action. They also were very interested in the video recording so got a bit messed up. Not the clearest video at times so I apologize for that. I’ll keep them occupied for next week!

I worked a bit more jumping/hopping in this workout and you can see in the video how I modified it when I started to get tired and not able to control my movements. Personally, I’m working through pelvic floor dysfunction and can have leaking if I push the impact too far. It felt good this week.

Reminder – the fancy equipment isn’t needed and can be replaced by anything you have around the house.
