#14 Two PTs Walk into a Garage (plus guest)

Week 14 was outside because in the Midwest, we had a beautiful day at the start of March so we took advantage of it. The wind picked up a bit but the sun felt so great on the pasty white winter skin.

We had a guest with us for the workout - Courtney at Lokah Wellness. During illness season, the coughing, sneezing, and rest to get better has made our trunks a bit stiff. This workout is focused on thoracic and hip mobility with core work. We did less cardio work compared to last time since it has been a few weeks since doing much other than body weight movements.

Reminder – the fancy equipment isn’t needed and can be replaced by anything you have around the house.
